Terms and Conditions

The vehicle is rented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. If you want to rent a car through our rent a car Cluj service, please read the conditions below carefully.

• Reservations can be made online or by phone, during working hours.

• After submitting the online form, you will receive a confirmation email within a maximum of 12 hours.
• The reservation can be cancelled free of charge if you notify us at least 48h in advance.

• Valid driving license (national or international) and minimum age of 21 years.
• Compliance with traffic rules.
• Smoking and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited.
• Any malfunction must be reported, and repairs are only carried out with our consent.

• Valid ID or passport.
• Valid driving license.
• A credit card is not mandatory.

• Prices are those displayed on the rates page.
• Full payment is made upon signing the contract.
• We accept cash in RON, EURO, USD or other convertible currencies.
• Payment methods: Cash, Card, Bank transfer

All cars have:

• Third-party liability (RCA), Romanian road tax (Rovinietă) – included in the price.
• CASCO 

The client will pay:

• Any fines received during the rental period.
• Damages caused by improper use.
• Damage to goods in the vehicle.

• The car is delivered clean, disinfected, with a full tank and seasonal tyres.
• Pickup/drop-off at the office and Cluj Airport is free between 08:00 – 22:00.
• Pickup/drop-off outside working hours: 10 EUR fee, included in the displayed price.
• Pickup/drop-off at other locations: additional fee depending on distance and time.
• Simple and easy process, just 5 minutes

• Notify 3 hours before drop-off and one day in advance.
• The car must be returned with a full tank (maximum 10 km before drop-off).
• The car doesn't need to be as clean as at pickup, but it shouldn't be excessively dirty either.

• Exceeding the km limit for which you received a discount will be charged according to the contract.
• Unlimited km offer by phone only.

• The client covers the costs for replacing lost documents, keys or accessories.
• The contract extension is only made with our consent, 24h in advance.
• Crossing borders is only permitted with our written consent.
• The additional driver is free of charge, but must be mentioned in the contract.
• By signing the rental contract, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

• Car rental services booked for a specific date or period are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, under art. 16 (l) of Romanian Government Ordinance OUG 34/2014 (car rental services provided on a specific date or for a specific period).
• Instead, we offer our own cancellation policy: you can cancel your booking free of charge at least 48 hours before picking up the car.
• To cancel, contact us by phone or email with your booking number.
